Nicole Richie and DJ Samantha Ronson cozying up?

DJ Samantha Ronson spun for the Grand Opening of Pressed Juicery in West Hollywood the other night.  The event was sponsored by VuQo Vodka and Revolucion Tequila and everyone had a really good time.

Nicole Richie was in the house and sampled the many different flavors of the fresh pressed juices. She kept it real and legit…but seemed all a gaga over her (ahem) BFF DJ Sam!  And, where was Lindsay??? Oh right — she be in Hawaii!

DJ Paris Hilton throws an Electric Christmas party featuring DJ Afrojack for FOX Animation

DJ Paris Hilton, [you know we called it FIRST that she was becoming a DJ] hosted an Electric Christmas party to celebrate the holiday season and FOX Animation on DVD which includes titles like Family Guy Vol 9, Futurama Vol 6 or Archer Season 2 with a star-studded, red-carpeted event at her private home in Beverly Hills.

Guests enjoyed music by DJ Afrojack, who took over control and a special performance by singer Manika, as they danced and partied the night away with endless cocktails and Red Bull and over-the-top holiday décor and entertainment, including a festive Chik-Fil-A cow in a santa jacket. Paris also made sure her guests felt great the next morning, making sure they picked up NOHO Hangover Defense before leaving the party.

Emma Roberts, although camera shy the evening of Paris Hilton’s “FOX Animation” Electric Christmas Celebration, was not shy on the dance floor, partying the night away and dancing to DJ Afrojack and a special performance from new artist Manika – she is fierce!

DJ Afrojack got on the 1s and 2s and Paris Hilton, of course, introduced him before starting his set at her “FOX Animation” Electric Christmas Celebration. Dancing around in the booth as he started spinning, Paris yelled out in the microphone “DJ Afrojack is DJing my party!!!” Nicky Hilton was at her table laughing hysterically at her sister’s excitement. We think Afrojack should do his next single with Paris Hilton! What do you all think?

We gots lots of pics…so hope you enjoy! This is Paris at her finest. We’ve been to her house and it is a beautiful mansion. Wish she would have remembered to invite us this year! :(

Erika Jayne Exclusive Interview and Premiere of “Party People (Ignite the World)”

Erika Jayne’s new single, “Party People (Ignite the World),” is taking over the dance music scene with promise of crossing over onto mainstream top 40 radio. From the first note of the rump shaker, Erika shows off a more refined sound while delivering another reliable dance floor attention-grabber.

As the song begins, Erika Jayne calls out “Are you ready for this?” Her fans everywhere are more than ready. They’ve been waiting for her new single and music video with tremendous anticipation. Nobody will be disappointed. The lavish video is a sparkling, colorful and sexy journey played out to the hilt. The World Premiere of the brand spanking new music video for Jayne’s “Party People (Ignite the World)” is right here for you!

I was lucky enough to spend some time with the diva, who has an impressive 5 Billboard #1 hits under her belt already. Here lies the inside scoop on Erika Jayne’s new hit track, the making of the video, her artistry and future plans.

How did you select “Party People” to record?

My friend Andreas Carlsson wrote “Party People” for me along with Niclas Kings, and Kalle Engstrom.  I wanted something big, “athemy,” and fun.  We went back and forth and then he called me up and said ‘come over and listen.’ “Party People” was it. It’s a feel-good, party song for everyone.

How do you go about deciding who to work with in terms or producers?

I listen to what the producers have done. It’s really about who gets you and what you’re about as an artist. If they don’t understand you, it’s not going to work. It’s like shopping.  Some days you can find something right away…and sometimes you are like “there’s nothing here.”

What number is “Party People” currently on Billboard?

We have moved up to #12 this week on the chart!

Who came up with the concept for the video?

Mikey Minden, my artistic director, wrote and directed the video. Sheryl Murakami, Eddie Morales and Anthony Garza came in and choreographed the numbers with us. It was so much fun.

How involved are you artistically during the video producing process?

Very involved. Mikey and I talk at least 9 times a day. This was our 4th video together. We both agreed that “Party People” should be something fun and exciting. Something with a lot of energy.

Who got you into those hot pants?

My stylists, “The Kids” got me into those! [Laughs] It’s all good!

Where did you shoot the video?

We shot it in Huntington Park, CA.  It was in an old medical building that had lots of doors and nooks and hallways. It was a very cool space and perfect for what we needed.

Any standout “behind-the-scenes” moment you want to share?

Well, I was in very high Christian Louboutin heels and my feet were killing me. I had to stick my feet in ice during the break. After that, I was ready to go for another 12 hours.

The heels you wear are fierce! You are very photogenic—the cameras just love you. Might we see you acting or possibly playing in reality TV someday soon?

I would love to.  If the right role came around –sure!

You are in amazing shape. What sort of routine do you keep?

Thank you. I work out 6 days a week. It’s yoga, dance, weight training and even boxing for speed and weight loss. I basically have to train like an athlete.

Is there a full album in the works?

Yes there is. I’m in the studio right now with several producers. We’re recording a lot of songs and picking the best to go out with.  This album is going to have elements of Pop, dance and R&B. It being my second album, I really have a strong sense of direction of what I’d like to put out. I am very excited about it.

How do you explain your Billboard charting success?

I made records that I felt people would like. I also picked remixers that I believed people would enjoy listening to. I really love remixes and hearing how the remixers approach the song differently.

How do you feel about the challenge indie artists have in getting a chance on mainstream radio?

I think it’s all about the song. It matters most what the listeners like and want to hear. It is tough, but so is life…big deal!  I’ve continued to make my music, make videos and perform. We are getting a very good response at radio for Party People, so that is great.

What’s been your most memorable performance to date?

I would say the House of Blues performance really stands out. Miami Pride by the beach was amazing and of course Splash in NYC is always a great show.

As far as a disaster that stands out, I once had a costume split in half in Miami. [Laughs] The zipper completely broke in the back—right in front of the crowd! The whole outfit was hanging on by a tiny hook and eye. When you are performing, you are usually hot and sweating. All of a sudden, I felt cold and chilly. [Laughs] My costume was open all the way down the back and I was wearing just g string. My ass is always hanging out on stage, but I was so worried that the whole thing was going to fall off in front of the audience.

What hotspots do you like to hit when you party?

I love to go out everywhere. In the States I really love the energy of going out in NYC, Miami, San Francisco, Vegas, and Los Angeles. I also love going out in Atlanta because it’s my hometown. When I travel out of the U.S., going out in London, Paris and Rome all sound cool to me. Would love to hit the clubs in Australia, when the time is right.  Brazil and Argentina are also on the places where I’d like to travel to perform. I’m connecting with fans all over the world through Twitter and Facebook.

Where are you performing next?

I’m actually performing this weekend in Vegas. On Saturday, we’ll be at a new club called Share and on Sunday at The Mirage in the Revolution Lounge.

Where do you see yourself in 5 years?

I’m going to be having so much fun! I love to do this. I am sure I’ll be recording more music, shooting more videos, working on films and making people close to me miserable. [Laughs] You know, I am grateful that I get to wake up every day and do what I love. I get to enjoy my life and share what I do.

And we are so grateful that you do what you do.  Thank you Erika for spending time with us today!

Without further ado, get ready to party along with Erika Jayne’s “Party People (Ignite the World)!” The world premiere is right here on Hollywoodgiants.com!

Please visit Erika Jayne at www.erikajayne.com and keep up to date on everything going on at Pretty Mess Records.

Adrienne Maloof takes her shoes to Macy’s Sherman Oaks and meets the people

Classy BRAVO! Real Beverly Hills Housewife Adrienne Maloof took her shoe line “Adrienne Maloof for Charles Jourdan” to Macy’s Sherman Oaks Fashion Square Mall.  The night was a fun time for all that stopped by. In the house supporting the Bravo! queen bee were her marketing gurus Geneva Wasserman and Shaila Arora (both featured on RHOBH), producer Shauna Jackson, actress Erin Murphy and her beloved plastic surgeon husband Paul Nassif.

Adrienne made sure to take care of her fans that turned out by serving everyone POM drinks and delicious Mango and Strawberry Mousse cups from Eat Cake (eatcakecafe.com) on silver trays.  YUMMY!

Oh…and the shoes!  The shoes were definitely pretty.  Some could be labeled “Cha Cha Heels!”  They look fabulous. However, we are not sure about the sandle with a big gem that goes between  your big toe.  Ouch! Looks painful, if you ask us.  The shoes are exquisite and we hope that Adrienne keeps going and evolving as a designer.

Check out the photos!  We had a great time!  Big thanks to Geneva for having us out! xo

Adrienne’s “Marketing & Branding Execs” – L to R: Shaila Arora and Geneva Wasserman

Ouch…these look like they would hurt!
